What happens if it rains?
If the weather is very wet on the day of hire then we will give you the opportunity to cancel your booking without a charge.

How long do I have the equipment for?
For Halls it's usually 4 hours . For gardens about 6 hours . The latest pick up time is 6pm.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes £20 deposit is require to secure your booking via Bank Transfer. The remaining balance would be due in cash on the day of party upon delivery.

What do I need to hire an inflatable?
The area must be able to accommodate the inflatable safely. All the dimensions of the products are available on our website. The ground must be reasonable flat and level. You must also have a power source within 25m of where the inflatable is going, 13amp socket or a generator.

Will you organise the delivery and set-up of the Bouncy Castle or Soft play

Certainly! Our friendly, fully trained staff will set up your chosen bouncy castle or soft play to ensure that you have the best party ever.

What preparations should I make before taking delivery of Little Legs Farm equipment .

When rolled up our castles are the same width as a standard fridge/freezer.

Our soft play slide is also the width of a single door .We therefore ask that you ensure we have plenty of access to the site. The minimum is 90cm (3.0') The area must be free from any sharp objects and excessive mud. We will be forced to refuse bookings for sites that are unsuitable for bouncy castles or soft play e.g. sloping, uneven ground or dog mess in the garden. Due to the weight and bulk of the castles we are unable to take a bouncy castle through a house or carry them up or down stairs.

Are we Insured?

Yes. We have 5m Public Liability Insurance which covers accidents and injuries caused by equipment failure and improper installation. You the hirer are responsible for ensuring proper adult supervision of the Bouncy Castle soft play equipment to ensure children are using equipment safely. We are not responsible for accidents and injuries other than those directly caused by faults in our equipment or improper installation.

What's included in the price?

Delivery of the agreed equipment , set up, safety instructions, pack up and collection.
